Thank you for choosing My Heart 4 Health. Because our products and services are digital, virtual, and delivered electronically, we enforce a strict return and refund policy. Please review the terms below prior to making a purchase.

Digital Products and Downloads

All sales of digital products, including but not limited to downloadable guides, PDFs, educational materials, templates, and recorded content, are final.

• No Returns: Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be physically returned or recalled, we do not accept returns.

• No Refunds: We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for digital products once the purchase is complete and the download link or access has been provisioned.

Virtual Services and Coaching Programs

All virtual consultations, functional health coaching packages, and online program access are non-refundable once service delivery has begun or program materials have been accessed.

• Any specific cancellation or rescheduling policies for individual appointments are governed by your client service agreement.
