Hi, I’m Mindy—a nurse, coach, and lifelong learner dedicated to helping others feel better and live more beautiful lives. My journey into health coaching began as a personal quest to restore my own well-being. Like so many others, I was feeling worn down and out of sync. Through small but powerful changes—nourishing my body with whole foods, moving gently, sleeping deeply, and reconnecting with what matters—I reclaimed my energy and health.
With years of experience in modern medicine, I understand its strengths, but I’ve also seen where it falls short. I believe the true path to health begins with uncovering and addressing root causes, not just symptoms. That belief drives everything I do.
My Passion
What excites me most is seeing someone reclaim their energy and confidence—not through fad diets or gimmicks, but through real, lasting change. I meet my clients where they are, supporting them with encouragement, evidence-based guidance, and a deeply personal touch.
I focus on issues like insulin resistance, inflammation, and metabolic health—not just because they’re common, but because they’re often misunderstood. I love teaching people how simple shifts in food, movement, sleep, and mindset can create powerful ripple effects in every area of their life.

My Goals
My mission is to help as many people as I can reconnect with their health and rediscover the joy that comes from feeling well. Whether you’re managing chronic symptoms, feeling stuck, or just wanting to optimize your lifestyle, I want to provide tools, hope, and heartfelt guidance.
Right now, I offer one-on-one coaching and share practical wellness tips through YouTube and social media. In the future, I plan to expand into group coaching and self-paced courses—so I can reach even more people looking to learn, heal, and grow.
